What makes your t-shirts "green" and "eco-friendly"? Our tees are made in the USA with 91% organic cotton, 9% spandex (to grow with you). They are dyed and printed with low-impact, non-toxic, water-based inks (that don't leave behind a chemical footprint).
What are your shipping methods and fees? We ship via USPS (Priority Mail w/delivery confirmation) in eco-friendly MBDC certified packaging. We use "real time" shipping rates through the USPS website based on the delivery zip code.
Your order will go out within 48 hours of being received and it will take approximately 2-4 days for delivery. We also offer UPS shipping options for expedited service.
Please Note: We will not replace orders that the USPS/UPS confirms have been delivered.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. When you enter an international address the worldwide shipping fees will be displayed.
Do you charge sales tax? No. We are a Massachusetts based company where clothing purchases under $500 are tax exempt.

What is your returns/exchange policy? We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on any item within 15 days of the ship date as long as there are no signs of wash or wear. Please email us at returns@thehappymagpie.com to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and exchanges will be mailed free of charge. Please send back all returns/exchanges in a securely wrapped package with prepaid shipping. Insurance and delivery confirmation are recommended since The Happy Magpie is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
What are your garment care instructions? All t-shirts are pre-shrunk and should be washed in cold water to perserve the colors. Tumble dry on low, or even better, line dried to perserve energy.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards or PayPal accounts.
Do you offer gift certificates? Yes! Choose the e-gift card option on the left side of the shopping page. Your gift certificate can either be emailed or postal mailed to the recipient.
Do you gift wrap? Yes! $4.95 gets you out of wrapping! We use 100% recycled gift boxes and recycled tissue paper sealed with our logo sticker. Your gift is tied with a green ribbon made from recycled material. To add a personal touch, a note from you will be handwritten on a recycled notecard.
